  Olongapo City, Zambales, Philippines (Photographed by: Kristian Harvey Lumba) The City of Olongapo  is a 1st class  highly urbanized city  in the  Central Luzon  region of the  Philippines . Located in the  province  of  Zambales  but governed independently from the province. (Wikipedia) It is adjacent to Bataan in the south, Pampanga in the West, and Pangasinan in the north. It is not connected by road to our province of Pampanga, from where it is accessible through a route from Lubao, Pampanga, traversing Dinalupihan, Bataan, before finally arriving at Olongapo City, Zambales.
