In the town of Apalit, province of Pampanga, in Sucad village, the voters went to Sucad Elementary School to have a say in their local and national governments. Located in the  province  of  Zambales  but governed independently from the province. (Wikipedia) It is adjacent to Bataan in the south, Pampanga in the West, and Pangasinan in the north. It is not connected by road to our province of Pampanga, from where it is accessible through a route from Lubao, Pampanga, traversing Dinalupihan, Bataan, before finally arriving at Olongapo City, Zambales.
